Designations

When it comes to making one of the biggest decision of your life, buying or selling a house, you want a REALTOR® who has the knowledge and expertise in the real estate industry. Designations mean your REALTOR® has invested time and money to attend classes to further their knowledge and achieve various levels of achievement in order to earn each designation.

ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) To obtain the ABR designation, agents must be members of the National Association of REALTORS®, take a two-day course, pass a written exam, close at least five real estate buyer transactions, and receive letters of recommendation from at least two of their previous buyer clients.

CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) REALTORS® who hold the CLHMS designation have successfully demonstrated their expertise in the luxury home and estate market by meeting strict performance requirements. They are knowledgeable in analyzing the luxury home market, providing quality service, and achieving effective results in the high-end residential market.
